Managing Director and CEO
Salim Dada has been in the mergers and acquisition industry for over 20 years in Washington after previous work in California and Texas. Before founding Concord Ventures in 2001, Mr. Dada worked for five years as an independent associate for a local M&A firm.
Mr. Dada has extensive experience in marketing and re-capitalization of manufacturing, service, and distribution companies. His greatest sales volume has been among aerospace-related machining and fabrication companies.
Over the years, Mr. Dada has been involved in the sale of machining and fabrication facilities, an environmental laboratory, cabinet and countertop manufacturing, computer assembly and distribution, store fixture manufacturing and distribution, legal and IT staffing firms, food processing, cable harnessing, metal finishing, auto body repair, mechanical contractors, janitorial service, printing, sign and display manufacturing, freight forwarding, transportation and trucking services, and numerous other types of companies.
Mr. Dada has studied Accounting and Finance at the City University of Seattle. He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth and the Alliance of Mergers & Acquisition Advisors.
Advisor - Technology
Stephan Schirrecker is Vice President of Marketing at Nexmo and previously led the partner team for Office 365 at Microsoft where he helped scale the SaaS business from $50M to $500M in five years.
Stephan also founded iTango, raising $15M in funding, served as Vice President of Marketing at nCompass, and led product marketing for Novell in Germany.
Stephan started his career at Microsoft Corporation working on the first release of Windows and holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Toulouse, France.
Advisor - China
Shirley represents Concord Ventures with possible investors and business sellers in China.
She has over 20 years experience as a senior corporate manager, strategic consultant, and investment adviser in the U.S. and China. In the U.S, she held positions in marketing and management positions for 12 years with Omron healthcare, Whirlpool, and Newell Rubbermaid. She has also worked as a financial advisor in the Chicago office of Morgan Stanley Wealth Management.
Ms. Huang earned an M.B.A from Thunderbird Graduate School of International Management, Arizona State University, Glendale, AZ, and a B.S. in Engineering from Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China.
Teresa S. Park
Advisor - South Korea
Teresa is responsible for global strategic sourcing, negotiations & contracting across multiple sectors, including IT healthcare, manufacturing, technology/software, distribution and service.
She has a range of solid marketing experience with Korean companies in the U.S. As Senior Marketing Manager, she established and ran the U.S. sales and marketing program for INtRON Biotech for six years. In this position, she successfully supplied biotech products to prominent universities and research institution such as the National Institute of Health, U.S. Department of Agriculture, Center for Disease Control, Weill Cornell Medical College, Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and the School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. As Market Research Analyst and Merchandising Specialist, Teresa established the marketing program for the Biotech Division of a U.S. corporation.
Teresa holds a B.A in Clinical Psychology and an M.B.A with Emphasis in Global Marketing from City University of Seattle, WA.
Budi has a long track of consulting large companies in Indonesia in electronic banking, e-commerce, and financing.
The well-known clients that he has consulted with include Xpress Money UK and Business Registers Interconnection System (an international electronic business register). As a director of consulting firm PT Butraco Utama Sejahtera, he arranged financing for a hospital and infrastructure and renewable energy projects.
From 2000-2012, he worked for PT. Rintis Sejahtera (Salim Group) setting up interbank ATM financial transactions in Indonesia.
Budi holds a Master of Business Administration from Jakarta Institute of Management Studies and is an IT programmer.
Rahmat Prayoga helps to find new clients to develop the market in Indonesia. He also works on identifying new opportunities across a wide range of industries.
With over 27 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry, Rahmat has established a record of success in venture capital and financial advisory.
He began his career as an Asset & Property Appraiser and was a Statistical Field Supervisor.
Rahmat holds a Master’s Degree in Management from Gadjah Mada University, Indonesia.
Bayu Yudianala works as an advisor to Concord Ventures.
Bayu began his career as a financial analyst in a prominent multinational banking company and then worked in Japan for seven years. Once back in Indonesia, he continued his career in capital markets. He is knowledgeable in project funding, strategy implementation, and compliance with Indonesian regulations.
He holds three capital market licenses: Underwriter Representative; Broker/Dealer Representative; and Investment Manager Representative. These licenses are regulated under the Indonesian financial services authority, Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, which oversees the financial sector.
Bayu holds a BS in Economics from Gadjah Mada University and studied Mining Engineering at University of Pembangunan Nasional Veteran, both in Yogyakarta, Central Java.
Justine Cho oversees the day to day operations of Concord Ventures. She ensures that all processes are streamlined to improve the company’s efficiency and effectiveness. She is also a highly adept financial analyst with five years experience in the industry. Along with oversight, she also conducts extensive network research and prepares financial reviews.
Ms. Cho holds an MBA in Finance and Project Management with honors from City University of Seattle and a BS in Commerce in Legal Management from De La Salle University in Manila, Philippines.
Vice President Business Development
Nicola is responsible for the engagement and coordination of new and potential clients.
She serves as the liaison between possible new clients and the principal and associates of Concord Ventures.
Ms. Jones has over six years experience in the banking and finance industry and holds a degree in Communications Technology Management, with a minor in Economics, from Ateneo de Manila University, Manila, Philippines.
Claire Yurdin researches, writes, and edits comprehensive marketing packets for our clients and assists in exploring new growth opportunities for Concord Ventures. She also handles email marketing and website updates. She came to Concord Ventures from a legal firm noted for business law. Her background also includes work as a copywriter, journalist, technical writer, researcher, web designer, and small business partner.
She holds a BA in English from New School University, New York, NY.
Larry Yurdin brings a background in business acquisition to his work with Concord Ventures. For three years, he served as an intermediary associate for the Bay Area acquisition firms Vanderhorst and Business Team.
Mr. Yurdin’s 20-year career includes managing and consulting major market radio stations (consultant to all of ABC’s FM stations; General Manager of KPFT, Houston; News Director of KMET, Los Angeles; syndicator of six daily and weekly radio series heard on 300 commercial stations in the US and Canada; director of Radio Talent Bank, Los Angeles, a radio recruitment firm). He owned and operated Groundswell, an events and promotion firm in the Bay Area, and served as entertainment and advertising director for the largest night club in California. He has also worked as a computer network consultant to Microsoft, EDS, Ernst & Young, and others.
Mr. Yurdin holds a B.A. in Social Philosophy from Goddard College and a M.A.T. in Social Sciences from Antioch College.
Ilene Ong works as an analyst, qualifying possible buyers for our clients and working with them.
She is a new graduate in Business Administration from the University of Washington, Foster School of Business, where she studied marketing, information systems, and international business.
Ilene worked in digital marketing in the Foster School of Business Career Services Center and has served several internships in market research and analysis with area firms.
She is bilingual in English and Mandarin.
Ayub works with possible buyers for our clients, searching out likely prospects and corresponding extensively.
He holds an Associate degree from Bellevue College, Bellevue, WA, and is currently pursuing his Bachelors in Finance at City University of Seattle, Seattle, WA.
Financial Analyst, Indonesia
Putri Sinaga works with the financial information of all our Indonesia prospects and clients, creating financial overviews to ensure an accurate valuation of the business. She collaborates with US team to provide accurate financial information and an in-depth understanding of the client’s business.
Putri holds a BA in Accounting and an Associate’s Degree in Financial Accounting, both from the University of Indonesia. She has been an Accounts Receivable Officer and was part of an audit team.
Client Relations, Indonesia
Asyifa Pritazora handles prospective clients and provides overall support for the team in Indonesia. She acts as a liaison between the Indonesian and US teams to ensure efficient communication and understanding of our business in Indonesia. She also ensures that the whole team is updated as needed on our Indonesian counterparts.
She holds BAs with a major in Accounting and Business from two universities: Pancasila University, Indonesia, and Limkokwing University of Creative Technology, Malaysia.
Asyifa has worked in Air Navigation Indonesia in the Accounting and Asset Division.
She is proficient in Bahasa and English.
Omar Dada maintains and organizes our cloud-based database, which contains notes on every contact of any importance to our company, together with relevant documents. He also conducts research in our subscription databases Avention, Pitchbook, and Hoovers’ (formerly Dun & Bradstreet.)
Omar has completed Cisco’s CCNA and CCNP courses and is currently pursuing a BA in Business and Finance.
Investment Banking Intern
A.J. Koch works as our Investment Banking Intern. He helps conduct market research and assists with client engagement, database management, and financial analysis.
He has served internships across a range of industries including technology, automotive, and professional financial services.
A.J. is a senior at the University of Puget Sound, Tacoma, WA, majoring in Business Finance, with a minor in Mathematics and Economics. He has an extensive course background in investments, corporate finance, valuation modeling, and market research. In his spare time, he plays on the University baseball team.
